Coconut-Mango White Rum Pops

Peel mangoes and cut away from the seed (or just save yourself a headache and buy the precut – we'll never tell)
- 2/3 cup white rum
- 1 13.5 oz can coconut milk (about 1 2/3 cups)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 mangoes (about 3 cups)
Bundt Dutch Apple Cake

This is a very delicious variation for Dutch Apple Cake
- 3 apples - peeled, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 5 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
Cranberry Stuffing

Preheat oven to 275F. Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake until evenly toasted, tossing it a few times
- 10 - 12 slices of bread, cut into small cubes (about 6 cups). You can use any mix of breads: white, French bread, corn bread, whole grain, etc.
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 medium size onion - chopped
- 3 celery stalks - finely chopped (use the leaves too)
- 1 tsp of Season with Spice's Dried Thyme or 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves - chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Season with Spice's dried rosemary or 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of Season with Spice's ground allspice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 red apple – chopped (leave peel on)
- 2 cups chicken broth or turkey broth (preferably homemade)
- 2 eggs - lightly beaten
- Salt, to season
- Freshly ground Season with Spice's Tellicherry Black Pepper, to taste
- Optional
- A handful of chopped pistachios or walnuts
- 4 slices bacon - chopped into small pieces
Italian-Herb Spicy Oil and Vinegar Dip

In a bottle with a lid, mix all ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup aged balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Oat Bread

Serves: 3 loaves
- 3 1/4 cup lukewarm to warm water
- 1 1/2 TBS yeast
- 1 1/2 TBS coarse salt (like Kosher salt or sea salt)
- 5 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup whole old-fashioned oats
- extra oats for on top of your dough
- neutral oil for greasing pans

Lime Cream Cheese Frosting

Makes enough frosting for about a dozen cupcakes if frosted; about a half-dozen if piped
- 4 ounces cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon lime juice, or more depending on resulting thickness of the frosting
- 1 teaspoon lime zest

- 4 tbsp (30g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp (45ml) fat-free milk
- 1/2 tbsp (7.5ml) vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 blueberries
Savory Peach Chicken

Heat the oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 1 1/4 pounds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 large firm-ripe peaches, cut into 1/4-inch slices, or 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen peaches, (about 4 1/2 cups)
