Lap Salad

Combine chicken, nuts, onion, sugar, sesame seeds, noodles and their flavor packet and cabbage in large bowl
- 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
- 2 ounces almonds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
- 1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container in a dark area
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin

- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated minced garlic

Wine and Cheese Green Beans

- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 2 (14.5- ounce) cans green beans, whole or cut
- 1 (10.75- ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- additional cheese for garnish

- 8 ounces milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed mild
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon pure Coffee extract
- 18 large marshmallows, halved crosswise
- 36 lollipop sticks
- Try some other flavors, including Peppermint White Hot Chocolate on a Stick, Creamy Mocha Hot Chocolate on a Stick and Orange Dark Hot Chocolate on a Stick.

- 4 marble crullers (fried twisted stick doughnuts)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
Annie Gunns Irish Coddle - Copycat

Preheat oven 350 to degrees
- 8 thick slices-hickory smoked bacon
- 8 fresh pork sausages
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 large onions, julienne
- 4 medium sized Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 bottle Guinness Stout (beer)
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- salt to taste
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Apple Cheese Danish

Unwrap and unfold puff pastry (which is usually folded like a letter in thirds) and set on a floured board
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces cream cheese, (room temperature)
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored and cut into thin slices
- 1 egg mixed with a teaspoon of water for egg wash
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 pinch salt
Oatmeal Crisp Cups with Apple Filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Oatmeal Crisp Crust:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- Apple Filling:
- 3 large McIntosh apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
Turkey, Mushroom and Bacon Puff Pastry Pockets

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pkg. (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
- 4 slices bacon
- One 8-ounce package sliced mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups chopped or shredded cooked turkey
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 large egg, whisked with 1 tablespoon water
Dijon Tartar Sauce

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
