Honey-Chicken Salad

Makes 4 to 6 servings
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 celery ribs, diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Garnish: chopped toasted pecans
Birthday Cake Fudge

Pour sweetened condensed milk and cake mix into a large bowl, stirring to combine
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. yellow or Funfetti cake mix
- 2 c. white chocolate chips
- rainbow sprinkles
Sweet Potato Baked Chips with Orange and Thyme

- 2 sweet potatoes
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of blood orange zest (if you like the zesty flavor add more! you can also use a regular orange too)
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
Ham and Potato Soup

Ham and potato soup is comfort for your soul! A big warm bowl of this well definitely satisfy your craving for soup
- 3 1/2 cups potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup cooked ham, diced
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground white or black pepper, to taste
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
Pizzelles

- 6 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine, melted and cooled a bit (do not use more than 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla or 2 tablespoons anise extract
- 3 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
Coffee Ice Cream

Combine milk, sugar, coffee beans, salt and 1/2 cup0 of heavy cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whole coffee beans
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. finely ground coffee or expresso powder

Oven 350 F. Melt the butter in a pot and stir in the oats
- 7 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips-melted

Apple Soup from Royal Palace on Disney Dream

Heat the oil in a large, heavy bottomed pot over medium heat
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup diced carrots (about 4 medium carrots) plus 1 whole carrot, divided
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Plain yogurt, fresh parsley, for garnish
