- 1 (13.66 oz) can full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract
- 2 organic eggs
- 3 tablespoons xylitol
- 2/8 - 3/8 teaspoon organic KAL powdered stevia
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot starch/flour
