Tigger Tails from Pooh Corner - Disneyland

A fun marshmallow treat made to look like a tiger's tail
- Marshmallows
- Long lollipop sticks
- 1 1/4 cups Kraft caramel bits
- 1 1/2 cups high quality white chocolate
- Vegetable oil
- Orange candy oil
- Orange candy coloring (Don't use normal food coloring)
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Edible Metallic Glitter/Fairy Dust

Mix the Gum Arabic, water and food dust together in a small bowl, it should look like thick paint
- 1/2 teaspoon Gum Arabic
- 1/2 teaspoon hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon edible metallic luster dust in colour of your choice – Such as Squire Kitchen edible metallic dusts
- Paintbrush – flat headed or pallet knife
- Non-stick ovenproof sheet or silicone mat
- Oven preheated to 140°C/284F
- Sieve or tea strainer
Southern Belle Mint Julep-Kissed Shortbread Cookies

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch

Quinoa Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

Servings 14. This is a great way to take the bitter taste out of quinoa flour
- FOR THE MUFFINS:
- 1 3/4 cup quinoa flour
- 2 tsp tapioca starch
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or nuts, if desired
- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened, 3/4 package
- 2 drops cinnamon oil doTERRA oil
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- FOR THE STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp quinoa flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp butter

- 1 lb ground turkey breast, 99% fat free
- 1 lb ground lean pork
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes or 1⁄4 raw onion, chopped
- 1 ⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ⁄2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 ⁄4 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Pepper, if desired

Rose- Cinnamon Scones with Lemon Curd Scented with Rose Water

Preheat oven to 400F, and prepare a baking sheet with silpat or parchment
- Rose Water Homemade*:
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 Tbs baking powder
- 3/4 c unsalted butter, cold
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 1/3 c half and half cream
- 1 tbs rose water*
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk for brushing tops
- Pink sugar for tops
- 3 cups fresh rose petals (make sure there are NO pesticides used on rosebushes)
- 1 liter mineral water
- Lemon Curd:
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 c lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
- 3/4 C unsalted butter, melted
- 2-4 drops of rose water
