Beef Stew in Instant Pot

Heat up your Instant pot by pressing Sauté button and click the adjust button to go to Sauté More function
- 2 pounds chuck steak (1.5 inch thickness)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed and minced)
- 12 white mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 2 onions (small, thinly sliced)
- 2 celery stalks (cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks)
- 2 carrots (cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks)
- 4 small Yukon gold potatoes (quartered)
- ½ cup peas (frozen)
- ¼ cup sherry wine
- 2 bay leaves
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon flour
- to taste kosher salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock (low sodium)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
Vinegar Pie

Combine all ingredients and mix well with mixer
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, or 8 tablespoons or 1 stick, melted
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Orange Honey Lotion Bars

Hard lotion bars are essentially the same as liquid lotion, except they are solid at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 ounces organic beeswax
- 2 ounces organic shea butter
- 2 ounces organic coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, optional
- 6 drops organic sweet orange essential oil

Preheat oven to 375-degrees
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3/4 lb. sliced roast beef (from the deli)
- 1/3 c. beef broth
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 (8 oz) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 slices Swiss cheese

In a large bowl, mix flour with sugar and salt
- Rolls:
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 25 g fresh yeast (2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or 2 tsp of instant yeast)
- 1/3 cup water, warm
- 3/4 cup milk, warm
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- Filling:
- 4 or 5 tbsp butter, softened
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted

- 2 tablespoons peeled and chopped ginger
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 12 ounces boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cups freshly sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 3 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1/4 cup black or dark rum, chilled
- 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce or chocolate syrup
