- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup caramel syrup
- 2 Tbsp pecans, chopped

- Cole Slaw Ingredients:
- 1 Focaccia bread wedge
- 5 ounces thinly sliced roast beef

- 2 ounces horseradish cream (recipe follows)
- 8 ounces shredded cabbage (or pre-cut cole slaw blend)

Beat together cream cheese and butter
- For the cookie dough:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 8 ounces unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 7/8 cups all-purpose flour
- For the filling:
- 1 cup SMUCKER'S® Strawberry Jelly or Jam
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

For the cake: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Frosting:
- ROOT BEER BUNDT CAKE
- 2 cups root beer (do not use diet root beer)
- 1 cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. choc chips (opt.)
- 2 ounces dark chocolate (60% cacao), melted and cooled slightly

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup root beer, then more to thin

Combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl and rub in the butter until you get a sandy consistency
- Doughnut:
- 200 g (1.6cups) flour
- 1 tbsp of caster sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 25 g (5 Tablespoon) butter
- 7 g (1.5 teaspoon)sachet dried yeast
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- Raspberry jam (or any other flavour)
- Topping:
- Splash of water
- 1 tsp icing sugar
- 50 g (1/4 cup)caster sugar (super fine)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Place a sauce pot over medium heat
- 2 1/2 cups half & half
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cups sugar + 2 Tb. divided
- 2 egg yokes
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. anise extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 cup fresh blackberries, chopped

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 T Butter, melted plus more for greasing the pan
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 C Milk
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 1 t Salt
- 3 T Sugar
- 2 T plus 2 t unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 C plus 2 T Flour
- 1/4 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 large marshmallows
