- 1/2 cup Regular Oats, Ground In A Food Processor Or Blender
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 sticks (1 Cup) Cold Butter, Cut Into Cubes
- 1/2 cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
- 3/4 cups Heavy Cream (more If Needed)
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Maple Extract
- Icing
- 5 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup Whole Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Strong Coffee
- 2 teaspoons Maple Extract

- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
