Preheat your oven to 325 degrees, and spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam
- Frosting:
- Chocolate cake mix( I used Gluten Free Heaven, you can order it online at www.GlutenFreeHeavean.com)
- 1 cup melted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 boiling water
- 1 cup coke (1 can)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cube softened butter
- 5 TB cocoa( I used half dark/half regular)
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- dash salt
- Coke a Cola (as needed)
- powdered sugar (4-5 cups)

- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon 40% less-sodium taco seasoning (such as Old El Paso)

- 6 cups packaged coleslaw
- 1 (7-ounce) can green salsa
- 4 cups chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, chopped

Directions Chicken Pot Pie: For the chicken: Start by putting the chicken in a pot and covering it with water
- One 2- to 3-pound chicken fryer, cut up
- 3 celery stalks
- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 large yellow onion

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or stock
- 1 chicken bouillon cube

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or more as needed
- Black pepper

1. Grease and flour a 10 to 12 cup bundt pan; set aside
