Generously butter the inside of a 10-inch springform pan
- (Jim Fobel's Old-Fashioned Baking Book)
- 5 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups (one pint) sour cream, room temperature
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 tablespoons (one stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Cinnamon Apple Dutch Baby- Gluten Free

Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 Apples, diced (I use Granny Smiths)
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk (I use unsweetened Almond milk or half it with coconut milk)
- 1/3 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided (I recommend Cabot Private Stock)
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (I recommend Cabot full fat sour cream)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Almond Flour Bread- gluten free

Preheat oven to 325F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat fiber
- 1/4 cup unflavoured whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp granulated erythritol
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz Greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 6 tbsp almond milk
Cinnamon Swirl Scones- Gluten Free

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Filling:
- Makes 12
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, at room temperature (not melted)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Dough:
- 1 cup (134 grams) brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup (54 grams) arrowroot starch, plus extra for rolling
- 1/2 cup (48 grams) blanched almond flour*
- 3 tablespoons whole psyllium husks
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, at room temperature (not melted)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 pound shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)

- The drink is made of:
- 1 .Apple Cider Vinegar ( 1-2 Tablespoons)
- 2 .Fresh Squeezed lemon juice ( 1/2 lemon squeezed)
- 3 .Cinnamon ( 1 -2 teaspoons)
- 4 .Stevia to taste
- 5.24 ounces of water
- 6 .Blend in a blender before drinking
