Flourless Cake for 1: 3 ingredient gluten free chocolate cake

- 3 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 egg + 1 egg white (90 g) at room temperature, beaten

Pre-heat oven to 350. In a medium sized bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda
- For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp grass-fed butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Filling:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter, softened
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

- 1/4 cup Pea Proteinicon

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute for other non-dairy)
