  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-processed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 8 oz. rice vermicelli noodles (about 6 bundles)
