- Lots of diced onions
- Ketchup Pickles
- Mustard
- frozen fries
- frozen onion rings
- Crisco oil
- Vanilla ice cream
- more milk
- Imitation vanilla extract
Fingerling Potatoes with Caramelized Onions and Bacon

Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp
- 2 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tsp olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 sweet yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 7-8 fingerling potatoes
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped

- Topping:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 cups chopped ripe pears
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup chopped pecans ( I toasted mine)
