- 1 1lb penne
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh mozarella
- 1 cup fresh grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 tbsp chop garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- oregano

Preheat grill. Combine sugar, soy sauce, sake, garlic, scallions, ginger and sesame oil in a mediumsize flat dish

- 3 scallions, white part only, minced
