Bok Choy Salad (Janie)

Let sugar dissolve, add vinegar and soy
- Dressing:
- 1 head bok choy
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 pkg Ramen noodles ( i use a few) doesnt matter the flavor of the soup.
- 4 scallions
- 3/4 slivered almonds toasted
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar (I used natural stevia from Whole Foods or Splenda)
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tbs soy
- Red peppers chopped
- Craisins
- I double recipe typically for a crowd.
Tequila-lime chicken drumsticks

Combine tequila, lime juice, honey, salt, pepper, chicken and oil in a large resealable bag
- 3/4 cup silver tequila
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from 6 to 8 limes)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 1/2 pounds chicken drumsticks (about 20)
