- 4 cups sliced peaches (peels on or off)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Thai-Inspired Asparagus Soup

Potato Salad with Green Beans and Blue Cheese

- 3 pounds small red salad potatoes, cleaned
- 1 pound French green beans, washed, trimmed
- 1/2 cup grape seed oil
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Grilled Pineapple

- Unsalted butter, for the baking dish
- 1/2 cup plus 3 TBSP sugar, plus more for the baking dish
- 4 cups mixed raspberries and blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup almond meal or almond flour
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Egg Rolls

Whisk eggs, milk garlic powder, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until light and frothy
