Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 oz cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp hot sauce, optional
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1

Whisk eggs, milk garlic powder, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until light and frothy.

Grease a medium skillet and warm over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and scramble. Remove and set aside.

Fill each egg roll wrapper with cheese, then add bacon and a heaping pile of eggs. Roll tightly and set aside on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until the outside of the wrapper is browned and cooked.
