- 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, broken into pieces

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Strawberry Pineapple colada smoothie

- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. chia
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
Linguine with tomatoes, spinach & clams

- 12 oz linguine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 14.5-oz can whole peeled tomatoes
- 3/4 c. cup dry white wine
- 2 6.5-oz cans chopped clams, drained
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chlopped.
- 1 bunch spinach
Spicy Baked Chicken Thighs

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a resealable plastic bag
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Pot Roast

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 ribs, celery, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 bottom round pot roast--about 4 lbs.
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 12 oz, pkg. whole-grain noodles, cooked per pkg. directions

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 !/2 c. milkk
- 1 c. shredded cheese (jack or swiss)

- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
