- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 med. onion, coarsely chopped--about 1 cup
- 1 cup carrots, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 med. potato, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 can (26 oz) cream of Chicken soup
- 3 cans (4.5 oz) Swanson Premium White chunk chicken breast, in water, drained.

- 1 Tbsp. Louisiana-style hot sauce--optional
