Easy Clam Linguine

Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions
- Ingredients:
- 1 box Dreamfields Linguine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cans (6 1/2-ounces each) minced clams, undrained
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Angel Hair with Shrimp Sesame Sauce

Prepare pasta, and 2 minutes before pasta is done, add asparagus pieces
- 8-oz angel hair (uncooked)
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. chutney
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 lb. frozen medium shrimp, thawed
Impossibly Easy Ham 'n swiss pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate
- 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked smoked boneless ham
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion or chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into rings

Grilled Pork in Blackberry sauce

- 1 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 cup blackberry preserves
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Turkey and Mushroom Lasagna with White Sauce

instead of ground turkey, turkey sausage--mild or hot, can be used
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- One 10-ounce container cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups low-fat milk
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons whole flat-leaf parsley leaves (optional)
Baked Potato Casserole

Directions PLACE potatoes in large saucepan
- 8 medium potatoes (about 2 1/2 to 3 lb. total), peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups (8-oz. pkg.) shredded 2% cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- Sliced green onions (optional)
Shrimp and Linguine Alfredo

Bring a lg. pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- Alfredo sauce: 3 Tbsp. olive oil spread, such as Fleischmann's.
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. half and half--I use fat-free
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- 1 Lb. uncooked pasta
- 1 bag baby spinach (optional)
- 1 12 oz. bag frozen peeled and cleaned raw extra lg. shrimp, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Champagne Vinaigrette

- 1 12oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 envelope alfredo mix, such as knorr
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced

- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 15 oz. container part-skim ricotta
- 3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella
- 12 traditional lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan
