Ingredients
- pork tenderloin
- one can or bottle of beer
- sauerkraut
- one onion
- one apple
- brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork in bottom of slo-cooker. Pour in one can of beer.
Top with sauerkraut, (I use packaged from dairy dept.)
Add one cut up onion and one cut up apple.
Sprinkle generously with brown sugar
Slow cook for 7-8 hours on low.
