- 16 oz. chopped spinach, frozen
- 20 oz pkg. Buitoni 3 cheese Tortellini
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
Crab appetizer

Mix mayo, soy sauce, onion (or chives) & water chestnuts
- 2 cans Sea Fare lump crab meat
- 1 5oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. minced green onion or chives
- 1 cup Hellmans mayo

- 8 ounces dried elbow macaroni (2 cups)

- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt or dairy sour cream
- 5 ounces cubed cheddar cheese (1-1/4 cups)

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 1/3 cups club soda (or flavored sparkling water, like strawberry)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1/3 cup dark-brown sugar
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt--you can up this by a 1/2 tsp. next time for more of a sweet/salty balance.
- Generous pinch of cayenne pepper or 1/4 tsp. smoked paprida
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 lb. walnut or pecan halves.
- 1 egg white, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. water
