- 2 large whole eggs, plus 2 whole large egg yolks

- 1 14.5 can diced tomatoes, well drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. Morton garlic sea salt

- 1 (2) pound pork tenderloin
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic

- freshly ground black pepper to taste

- 2 skin-on, bone-in turkey thighs (about 2 pounds)

- 2 large leeks, whites and pale greens, chopped

- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Italian bread crumbs 1/4 -1/2 cup
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 9 0z pkg. cheese tortellini
- 4 cups loosely packed baby spinach (about 3 ounces)
Chilled Cantaloupe soup
