- 1 (10 3/4oz) can low sodium cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 cps diced cooked chicken breast
- 1 (10oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- vegetable cooking spray
- 3/4 cup self rising flour
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp skim milk
Ham and Vegetable Soft Shell Tacos

- 1 cup Green Giant Select Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Green Giant Select Frozen 100% Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup bite-sized cooked ham strips
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Old El Paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning mix (from 1 1/4 oz pkg)
- 1 (8 to 10 inch) fat free flour tortillas, heated
- 1 oz (1/4 cup) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Frozen Strawberry Dessert

In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Key Lime Layered Icebox Cake (Southern Living)

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 cups half and half
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp key lime zest (regular Persian lime zest & juice may be used)
- 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (see above)
- 45 graham cracker squares
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Italian Beef Sandwiches

- 1 beef sirloin tip roast (4 lbs.)
- 3 onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt free seasoning blend
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 3 low sodium beef bouillon cubes
- 7 hot banana peppers, seeded and sliced

Swiss Steak Supper (Crock Pot)

Cut beef into 6 serving pieces
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef round steak (London top round)
- 1/2 tsp peppered seasoned salt
- 6 - 8 small red potatoes, cut in half (or leave them whole if small)
- 1 1/2 cups ready to eat baby cut carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can (14.5oz)diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
- 1 jar (12oz) beef gravy
- chopped fresh parsley, if desired

- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
