Caramel Apple Pear Crisp

In a large bowl, combine the pears, apples, sugar and allspice
- Topping:
- 3 medium pears, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/3 cup sugar free caramel topping
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup packaged brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp cold educed fat butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup reduced fat whipped topping
Tuna Noodle Casserole wth Potato Chip Topping (Valerie Bertinelli)

Preheat oven to 375. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, plus more for the baking dish
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8oz medium pasta shell (about 3 cups)
- 6oz jar Italian tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 2 Cups grated Sharp White Cheddar
- 1 1/2 Cups crumbled flavored potato chips, salt as salt and vinegar, onion or jalapeno

Heat oven to 350. Mix Alfredo sauce, eggs and garlic in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches
- 1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 cups cooked tricolor rotella pasta
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 can (6 1/8 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
Classic Cornish Pasties

Arrange oven racks to divide oven evenly into thirds
- 1 medium potato, diced (about 1 cup)
- 3/4 lb pound beef boneless round or chuck steak, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- 2 medium carrots, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 small turnip or rutabaga, diced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 tsp margarine or butter
- 6 tsp water
- 2 Tbsp milk
- PASTRY
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 7 to 8 Tbsp cold water
Linzer Star Sandwich Cookies
