Michael's Grandma Lawrence Recipe
- 1 can crush pineapple, drained - reserve liquid
- 2 pkgs Lucky Whip - prepare according to directions
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 lb oleo
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- bananas
- chopped nuts
- marachino cherries
Chunky Applesauce*

In a dutch oven, combine all the ingredients
- 8 cups chopped, peeled tart cooking apples and McIntosh (leave peels on half
- of them)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Quesadilla Burgers

NOTE: Original recipe called for 4 regular hamburger patties
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1 medium onion or use cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 4 (8 inch) soft taco size tortillas (or use flatbread)
- 4 black bean burgers, cooked & halved (got from Aldi's)
Avocado Bar

Place beans in a bowl. Heat oil in small saute pan over medium heat
- 1 can (15.5oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp safflower oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic (from 1 garlic clove)
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- coarse salt
- 1 large tomato, diced ( 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 limes
- 2 ounces Cotija cheese, crumbed (1/2 cup)
- 4 avocados, chilled

- 1 box 94.6oz) Old El Paso white corn or regular taco shells (12 shells)
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin bite size

- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce

- 1 large green onion, sliced (1 1/2 Tbsp)

- 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs or boneless skinless breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tsp chili garlic sauce (sambal sauce)
- 1 tsp granulates sugar
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp rubbed (ground) sage
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 8 - 12 cups vegetable shortening or oil
- 16 to 18 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- GARNISH
- One handful of mixed greens
- 1 green onion, chopped (green part only)

- 2 tsp garlic flavored vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp salt
