Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bread

Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain well
- 3 cans of regular biscuits (generic are perfectly fine)
- 8 eggs
- splash of milk
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 lb of breakfast sausage
- 1 4oz pkg of shredded cheese (your choice, cheddar or mexican is best!)
Steak Stroganoff

Sauté steaks in oil over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side for rare (or to desired doneness)
- Makes: 4 servings Total time: 35 minutes
- 4 rib-eye steaks, seasoned with salt and black pepper (8 oz. each)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cups small button mushrooms
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 ⁄2 cup dry sherry
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ⁄4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Using frozen meatballs (cocktail size) put in crock pot with thai red chili sauce and let them heat up
- 2 large bags cocktail size meatballs
- one jar of thai red chili sauce.

- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

- 1/2 cucumber - peeled and seeded - finely diced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
- 2 tbs red onion - minced
- 1 handful of parsley - minced
- 10 olives - roughly chopped
- 2 oz of feta - diced
- 3 tbs olive oil plus 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey - a small squeeze
- 8 twists of black pepper from a pepper mill
- a pinch of salt

- 4 chicken tenders (1 tender per slider)
- 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
