- 2 14-1/2-ounce cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups loose-pack frozen cut green beans or Italian-style green beans
- 1 10-1/2-ounce can condensed French onion soup
- 8 ounces fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
- 1 9-ounce package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- Shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese

- 3 3 3 tbsp. butter

- 2 2 2 c. milk (preferably whole)
- 2 2 2 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1 1 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 1 can 1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 2 2 c. frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
- 1/2 of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

In 4-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 box (6 ounces) UNCLE BEN’S® 5 Grain Medley, Quinoa Pilaf
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) petit diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons pesto

- 1½ cups milk, divided
- 1 (14 oz.) package shredded coconut
- 1 stick butter

Lemon Shortbread

Place the butter and icing sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat for 8 minutes or until pale and creamy
- 2/3 cup (150g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon (55g) icing sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
- finely grated zest of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon (255g) all purpose flour, sifted
- 2 tablespoons corn starch, sifted
- 2/3 cup (94g) icing sugar, extra, sifted
Copycat Applebee’s Oriental Salad
