Parmesan-Crusted Crab Cake Bites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 oz. fresh lump crabmeat, drained (I used Bay Beyond Backfin Lump Crabmeat)
- 2 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (I used Cheasapeake Bay seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/4 cup Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Chive Aioli
- Makes 1/2 cup. Prepare up to a day in advance, cover & chill.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover & chill.
Honey Sauced Chicken

Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, put into crock pot
- 3/4 pound chicken (of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup chopped onion (or 1/16 cup onion flakes)
- 1/8 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

- 1 cup prechopped onion
- 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can organic stewed tomatoes, undrained (such as Muir Glen)
- 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Romano cheese
