Heat all ingredients in this order, 1 at a time
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 shots vodka
- 1/4 lb shredded mozz cheese
- 5 tbs parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 cup marinara
CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP

Instructions In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cups diced yellow onion half of a large onion)
- 3/4 cups thinly sliced celery about 2 stalks
- 3/4 cups thinly sliced carrots 2 large
- 3 large cloves garlic diced or minced
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh
- 14.5 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes (drained and broken apart)
- 1 cup cooked chicken chunks
- 1 1/2 cups chopped kale leaves stems removed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- chopped parsley to garnish
- grated Parmesan cheese to garnish
- sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F | 200°C
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 4 large garlic cloves, minced)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose (or plain) flour
- 4 cups milk (skim, 2% or full fat -- more if needed)
- 1 teaspoon chicken bullion powder (or Kosher salt)

- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
