- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- Zest of 2 lemons, plus more, for garnish
- 1 pound BARE® Chicken's fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets, cut crosswise in half
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Chicken Wild Rice Soup

In a large saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup shredded carrots

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
