Add cream cheese and butter to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until creamy
- 12 12 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- pinch pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- Pretzel crisps, for serving
Spiced Eggnog

about 3 1/4 cups
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 2 whole cloves
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- Garnishes: sweetened whipped cream, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg
Pumpkin Bars with White Chocolate-Cream Cheese Frosting

Cool the bars completely before covering them with the frosting
- FOR THE BARS, WHISK:
- 1 cup each granulated sugar and packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz.)
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- SIFT:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. each baking powder and ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. each table salt and baking soda
