- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Your favorite barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
- Slider buns
- Aioli
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 garlic clove)
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (I used Gourmet Herbs slightly dried chives)
Velveeta Ultimate Macaroni and Cheese

Cook Pasta according to directions on box then drain well
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 12 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)

- 1/2 cup gluten-free mayonnaise (I like Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayo)
- 6 large basil leaves, torn
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, chopped

- 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

- 1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar

- 3 pounds (1.5 kg) baby red potatoes, washed and quartered
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
