Parmesan Pull Apart Bread (rolls)

By Hand or Mixer: Mix the water, oil, and agave/honey/sugar
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar, agave, or honey
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3-4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons rapid rise, bread machine, or instant yeast
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup very finely shredded Parmesan cheese (fresh is best but you can use canned as well)
Bolognese Sauce

Optional: If you have a rind from a Parmesan cheese add it to the pot to simmer along with the sauce
- Olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground steak or use 1/2 lean beef and 1/2 ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley - preferably the Italian Parsley
- 1 to 2 Tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon teaspoon dried oregano
- Rosemary, and fennel seed (Optional) Pinch of hot red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cream or milk (Optional)
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 2 to 3 large cans chopped tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Zesty Lime Shrimp And Avocado Salad

In a small bowl combine red onion, lime juice, olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 lb jumbo cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped*
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 hass avocado, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced fine
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
Sweet Ginger Glazed Salmon

1.Place broiler rack 8 inches from heat source
- ◾2 4-ounce salmon fillets
- ◾1 table spoon of organic agave nectar (I like this one -> Wholesome Sweetners Blue Agave)
- ◾2 tea spoons of organic dijon mustard
- ◾2 tea spoons of lite soy sauce
- ◾1 tea spoon of minced ginger
- ◾1 tea spoon of ginger powder
- ◾1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- ◾1 table spoon of minced garlic
- ◾2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil, separated evenly (one for greasing and one for cooking)
- ◾1/2 table spoon of toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Apple Raisin Bread Pudding

put oven rack in a middle position and preheat oven to 375
- 8 slices cinnamon raisin bread, quartered
- 1 lb golden delicious apple (2 medium) peeled, halved lengthwise, cored and thinly sliced crosswise
- 1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups half and half

1.1.Preheat a grill to medium high and the oven to 375 degrees , and wrap a brick with aluminum foil
- 1 whole organic chicken (about 3 pounds)

- 1/4 cup granulated garlic or 3 tablespoons garlic powder

- 1/3 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed well
