Sun dried tomato basil orzo

1.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 2 cupsuncooked orzo pasta
- 1/2 cupchopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cupchopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoonsolive oil
- 3/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
Chili Pesto

Place first 4 ingredients in food processor
- 2 C lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 C Serrano peppers (about 10) stemmed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 C sun dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
- 1 C extra virgin oil
Marinated pork roast with pan sauce

- Pan Sauce:
- 1 ⁄2 cups olive oil
- 1 ⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1 ⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 1-lb. pork tenderloin (silver skin removed)
- Pan scrapings from pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 2-3 tbsp of pork marinade (thoroughly mixed)
- 1-2 tsp butter
Sombrero pasta salad

•Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) spiral pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Catalina or 16 ounces Western salad dressing
Lumpia dipping sauce

- 1 C sugar
- 1 C rice vinegar
- 1 C sugar
- 2 t ginger minced
- 1 t garlic minced
- 2 t chili pepper minced
- 2 T banana sauce
- 2 T corn starch

- 1/2 C low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 C sake
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 t ginger
- 1/2 C mirin
- 1 T honey
- 2 t sesame oil
- 2 T hoisin sauce
- /2 t Chinese 5 spice powder

- 22 whole artichokes, carefully cleaned with sharp tips trimmed

- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grated Romano cheese
- 1/8teaspoon1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
