Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Linguine with Shrimp and Pesto

Cook linguine according to package directions
- 12 oz. linguine(reserve 1 cup of the cooking water)
- 1/4 c. toasted pine nuts
- 1 t. oil
- 1 lb. large peeled shrimp
- 1/2 t. cumin
- 2 diced large plum tomatoes
- 6 oz. tub basil pesto
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley

- 2 c. cold milk-at least 1%
- 1 pkg. (1.4 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 T. vanilla extract
- 2 large ripe frozen bananas, sliced
- 2 c. coarsely crushed ice cubes
- You may add Bailey's or Kuhlua, maybe even rum to make an alcoholic drink.
