- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet paprika
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup plus 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbs. kosher salt, plus more, to taste
- 1 bone-in pork loin roast, about 4 1/2 lb.
- 2 1/2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges 1/2 inch thick and boiled 3 to 4 minutes

- 1 16 oz. crushed pineapple--do not drain
- 1 16 oz. can fruit cocktail-do not drain

Heat grill to medium-high
- 1 loaf olive bread (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch slices
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Coarse salt
- 8 ounces burrata or fresh ricotta
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup radish sprouts
- Red-pepper flakes
White Sauce

- Thin sauce: 1 T. butter, 1 T. flour, 1 1/2 c. milk
- Medium sauce: 2 T. butter, 2 T. flour, 1 c. milk
- Thick sauce: 3 T. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. milk
Roasted Tomato and Corn Soup

For a smooth soup, strain through a wire-mesh strainer and discard solids
- 3 c. fresh corn kernels(about 4 ears)
- 6 large tomatoes, halved
- 2 T. olive oil
- 6 bacon slices, chopped
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t. smoked paprika
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 c. chicken broth
- Garnish: smoked paprika

- Salad:
- Dressing: Let chill overnight or a least 2 hours.
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. olive oil
- 2 t. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. poppy seed
- Lettuce--romaine, butter, boston butter, some red leaf if desired
- 3/4 c. feta cheese
- 3/4 c. delicious apples
- 3/4 c. chopped cashews
- 3/4 c. craisins
- 6-9 pearl onions-purple or white
