Ultimate 7-Layer Dip

Mix beans & taco seasoning mix
- 1 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 T. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 T. sliced pitted ripe olives
D’Amico’s Dried Cherry Pasta Salad

Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing; set aside
- Dressing:
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 oz. champagne vinegar
- 1 oz. water
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. poppy seeds
- 2 t. sea salt
- Salad:
- 1 # rotelle pasta
- 1 T. olive oil
- 8 oz. sautéed/grilled chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces (may use turkey)
- 3 oz. dried cherries (may use Craisins that have a cherry flavor)
- 1/2 c. yellow onion, medium diced
- 1/2 c. medium diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds

- 1 large hea lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 small can sliced pitted black olives
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- Taco chips(8 oz. bag)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 8 oz. jar taco sauce

Navy Bean Soup with Ham

Place navy beans into a large pot and cover with cold water by 2 inches
- 1 (16 ounce) package dry navy beans - picked over, rinsed, and drained
- 10 sprigs fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs chopped fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 large smoked ham hocks
- 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
- 8 cups cold water
- 1 pinch kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
