Fantastic Beef Fajitas Recipe

In a large resealable bag, combine marinade ingredients; add beef
- MARINADE:
- 1 pound beef top sirloin steak or flank steak, trimmed and cut against the grain into 1/4-inch strips
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- FAJITAS:
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 8 flour tortilla shells, warmed
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- Salsa
- Sour cream
Italian Herb Popcorn Seasoning

- 5 5 5 tablespoons cheddar cheese powder
- 1 1 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 4 4 tablespoons Romano cheese powder
- 2 2 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 2 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 1 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoon dried basil
Grilled Romaine With Blue Cheese-Bacon Vinaigrette

Directions Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 pound bacon, 1/4 inch diced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 heads romaine lettuce, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (I use feta cheese instead)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Preheat a grill or indoor grill pan to high.
Cookie Cutter Pepprrmint Bark

Place a piece of foil on a plate and place the cookie cutter in the center
- 24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (You can use chocolate bars to like Lindt(etc)
- 24 ounces white chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2-3 Tablespoons of crushed candy canes (more for topping)

Easy Dump Cake

- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth

- 2 cup White wine
- 2 14 oz can Chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pound Shrimp; peeled, deveined
- 1 1/2 pound Scallops; large, cut in half
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cups Tomato; chopped
- 2 tablespoon Tarragon; minced
- 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
