Shrimp Fra Diavolo with Linguini

Bring a large pot of water to a boil for pasta
- 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, deveined, tails on
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 large shallots or 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 2 small dried or fresh red chilies, finely chopped or fresh peppers thinly sliced or 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons butter
- A handful parsley, finely chopped
- 1 28- to 32-ounce can D.O.P. tomatoes, crushed by hand and their juice
- A few leaves of basil, torn
- 1 pound linguine or thin linguine
Jack Daniels Double Kick Grill Sauce

Combine ingredients (except corn starch and water) in a medium size pot over medium
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons molasses
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (I used Gourmet Garden)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water.

- 3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 5 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and drained

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1-2 cups Muir Glen™ organic tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups manchego cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Ranch dressing, for serving (optional)

- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 recipe Perfectly Spiced Slow Cooker Pork (see below)
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
- 3 cups barbeque sauce, not hickory flavor
- 1 recipe Mango-Jalapeno Slaw (see below)
- Toasted sandwich buns or rolls

- 6 large yellow-flesh potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup butter

BBQ Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into small 1/2-inch pieces (*or see substitution below for using pre-cooked shredded chicken)

- 1 (4 ounce) can Old El Paso diced green chiles
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup whole-kernel corn
- 1 (8-count) package Old El Paso large flour tortillas
- 3 cups Mexican-blend shredded cheese
- 1 1/4 cups red enchilada sauce, homemade or Old El Paso
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, homemade or store-bought
- (optional toppings: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, extra diced red onions)
