SHRIMP FRIED RICE and BOILED RICE

- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 2 TBSPN dark soya sauce
- 1/2 lb shrimp, cut up or more???
- 1 TBSPN wine (white, I presume)
- 1/4 tspn pepper
- 2 TBSPN chicken broth or boullion
Shrimp Tacos Grilled w/ Zesty Cream Sauce

Soak skewers in water for about 20 minutes so they won’t burn on the grill or in the pan
- 16 large shrimp (about 30 to a pound), shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Taco-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Wooden skewers soaked in water
- Zesty Cream Sauce
- Lemon or lime wedges and avocado slices for garnish
- Zesty Cream Sauce
- 1/4 cp mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 to 2 tsp spicy bbq sauce
- 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 1/2 cup sliced shallots
- 1/2 cup sliced leek (white and pale green parts only)
- 3 Tbsp mixed chopped fresh herbs (such as marjoram, tarragon and basil)
- 5 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grated Emmenthal or Gruyere cheese (about 6 ounces)

In a large pot, cook spaghetti in salted, boiling water until al dente
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan/Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (3 to 4 lemons)
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 cups silvered firmly packed basil leaves
