Aunt Jemima Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9"x 13" baking pan with nonfat cooking spray
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (5 full size graham crackers)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- COFFEE CAKE:
- 3 cups Aunt Jemima® Original or Buttermilk Original Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup (8-ounce) sour cream
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE

Mix all together and pour into large, lightly oiled casserole dish
- 1 can whole kernel yellow corn, undrained
- 1 can cream style yellow corn
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
Homemade Febreze

Preparation: 1. Using a funnel, pour fabric softener and baking soda into your spray bottle
- What you'll need:
- 1/8 Cup of fabric softener (I used Downy April Fresh)
- 2 tablespoons Baking Soda
- Hot tap water
- Spray bottle (I used my empty 27 oz. Febreze bottle)

- 1 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 16 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 12 ounce cans evaporated milk
Quick-Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad

Add the tomatoes to a large zipper bag with the sliced red onion
- 1 pint Red Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 pint Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1/2 whole Red Onions, Sliced Very Thin
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon (heaping) Jarred Pesto
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, Pressed
- Salt And Black Pepper
- 2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, Cut Into Chunks

GREAT SIDE DISH!!
- 2 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 fingerling potatoes (about 1/2 pound), sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 (1 pound) bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon, zested
Farmer's Casserole

Layer the ingredients in a baking dish the night before, then cover and refrigerate
- Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Weight Watcher Minestrone Soup

In 3 quart saucepan heat oil over medium heat; and cabbage, onion and garlic
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 /2 c. canned beef broth
- 1 c. each chopped tomato & water
- 1/2 c. each carrot & celery
- 4 oz. (1/2 c.) Navy beans
- 1/2 c. diced zucchini
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley

- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
White Chicken Chili

- 48 ounce Jar Great Northern Beans
- 16 ounce Jar salsa Hot or Mild
- 8 ounces shredded cheese, mild or pepper jack
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 C cooked, shredded chicken
- 4 C chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
- garlic all to taste
