Monster Cookies-Pioneer Women

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 sticks (1/2 Pound) Butter (salted) Softened
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Oats (either Quick Or Regular)
- 1/2 cup M & M's (more To Taste)
- 1/2 cup Pecans, Chopped (more To Taste)
- 3/4 cups Chocolate Chips (milk Or Semi-sweet)
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- 2-1/4 cups Rice Krispies

Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake

1. Preheat oven to 375. 2
- 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 6-8 Slices Swiss Cheese (Mozzarella works too)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Cooked Rice to serve over (optional)

2 cans Crescent Rolls Press 1 can of crescent rolls onto bottom of a 9"x 13" pan
- Top layer:
- 2 cans Crescent Rolls
- 2 8-oz pkgs Cream Cheese
- 1 C Granulated Sugar
- 1 stick Butter or Margarine [Iuse less!]
- I ..C Granulated Sugar
- 1 t Cinnamon
- You may add chopped nuts if desired.

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon finely minced rosemary, fresh
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Glaze
- 5 cupspowdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup whole milk, more if needed for thinning
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely minced and fresh

- 2-1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 whole Large Onion, Diced

- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Large Onion, Diced
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 can (28 Ounce Can) Whole Tomatoes, With Juice
- 2 cans (14.5 Ounce) Tomato Sauce Or Marinara Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 16 ounces, weight Ziti Or Mostaciolli, Cooked Until Not Quite Al Dente
- 1 tub (15 Ounce) Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese

Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a skillet over high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons taco or Cajun seasoning mix
- 1 large onion, cut in half and then into slices
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 12 tablespoons butter, for frying
- 12 large flour tortillas
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheese (Monterey Jack is the best)
- Pico de Gallo, for serving, recipe follows
- 12 Roma tomatoes (slightly under ripe is fine)
- 3 yellow or red onions
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
