- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for drizzling

- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Crispy Brussels Sprouts (recipe below), for garnish
- 1 cup brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp. oil

- 1 cup chopped peeled fresh peaches or 9-10 ounces frozen sliced peaches, thawed, chopped

- 1 1/2 tsp adobo sauce from canned chipotle chiles in adobo or 1 tsp. soy sauce
