- 1 tbsp. cold water
- 1 tbsp. grated orange zest
- 1 egg white, beaten
- ORANGE FILLING:
- 6 juice oranges
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 16 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- TOPPING:
- 4 oranges
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- heavy cream, for serving
