- 4 oz. softened cream cheese, softened
- 15 oz. can creamed corn
- 3/4 c. thawed frozen corn
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper, to taste
