- 1 package Storebought Pie Crust (2 Rounds Of Dough)
- 2 cups Blueberries (generous)
- 1/4 cup Sugar, Plus Extra For Sprinkling
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Of Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Water
