Slow-Cooker Paella

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chorizo
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 lb. chorizo, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. RICE
- 1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion, choped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. paprika
- Pinch of cayenne
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 1/2 c. frozen peas
- Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Smashed Fingerlings with BBQ Sauce

Boil the fingerlings in a pot of salted water until tender, 15 minutes
- 2 pounds fingerling potatoes
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 cup bottled Guy Fieri Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Canola oil, for deep-frying
Tomato Devils

Toast only one side of bread slices under broiler
- 25 small bread rounds or 25 slices rye cocktail bread
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, Jarlsberg or 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 2 bunches green onions, finely chopped
- 1 ⁄2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Five Minute Pimento Cheese Melts with Crispy Bacon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 7 oz package pimento cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked, chopped
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Tabasco, garnish
- Parsley, garnish
Fruit Salad with Orange-Vanilla Syrup

Place the sugar, 1 cup water, orange zest, juice and vanilla bean in a small pan and stir to dissolve the sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 pints blueberries
- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- Fresh mint leaves
Za'atar Grilled Chicken

Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes to overnight
- 4 (6 ounce) chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup za'atar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest (or 1/4 cup lemon juice)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
