Cheeseburger Crescent Casserole

Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, mix beef and ketchup
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese (6 oz)
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Easy Lemon-Blueberry Muffins

Heat oven to 375ºF. Toss blueberries with 2 Tbsp
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups flour, divided
- 3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Old School Butter Pound Cake

1. Beat butter and cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed until mixture comes together
- 1 1/2 c cake flour
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 3 stick butter, unsalted (softened at room temp)
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 1/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large dutch oven with a lid, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 16 oz hot italian sausage, casing removed
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 3 can(s) (10-ounce each) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 12 oz mexican beer
- 1 lg sweet onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced (seeds optional)
- 1 pablano pepper, seeds removed, chopped
- 2 can(s) (15.25 ounce each) black beans, rinsed & well-drained
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 c frozen corn, thawed
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 tsp lime zest, plus additional for garnish
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lime, cut into 6 - 8 wedges

- ICING:
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c flour

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8-1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c peeled, chopped apples
- 1/2 c raisins (Soak in hot water for a few minutes and drain)
