- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Salted Caramel Apple Hand Pies

Make the dough: Whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl
- For the dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup cold sour cream
- For the filling:
- 2 cups small diced (peeled) Granny Smith apples (See Kelly's Notes)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 8 store-bought soft caramels, roughly chopped

- Egg wash (1 egg lightly whisked with 1 Tablespoon water)

- Dressing:
- 2 bunches broccoli--cut into small pieces (bite-size or smaller)
- 10 slices bacon--fried and crumbled
- 2/3 cup raisins or craisins
- 1/2 onion chopped
- walnuts, chopped apple, red cabbage may be added.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar

- 1 pkg tortillas (corn or flour)
- 1 large chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large onion, chopped

This is an oven baked bean cheese dip
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can jalapeno bean dip (substitute one can refried beans)
- 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
- 5 drops Tobasco
- 1/4 c. taco sauce
- 1 1/4 c. (5 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/4 c. (5 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
